Some vloggers are showing negative bs just for views. I saw a vlogger who took Greyhound from Los Angeles to New York. His experience was pathetic. He saw armed robbery in a small town in Missouri and also was irked by a drunkard who was thrown out of the bus for bad behavior. That video got 3 million views. Then in India he took local bus from Delhi to Mumbai. His experience was borderline positive. That video got 500k views. However, the comments from American were like: Even though India is a 3rd World country and doesn't have good transport facilities the Indian people are lovely. USA has the World's largest aviation industry and their airline South West Airline is ranked as 8th best low cost airlines in the world. India on the other hand has World's 3rd largest aviation industry. Vistara is ranked as 17th best airline in the world and Indigo is the world's 3rd best low cost airline. Even the new Air India is fairly improved. Showing USA in a bad way doesn't affect USA because people are pretty familiar with USA. Showing India in a bad way affects India because people are not familiar with India.

For some youtubers they come to India and goes to the poorest dirtiest city and town and shown in their RUclips channel as that the whole India when in reality it's because they can't afford the luxury life of cities of India even just for a week's so that why the prefers a very remote and backwards villages where they can act and look likes a rich bunch of foreigners and so that the locals will admire them and think them a rich foreigners when in fact they might be even poorer than those poor dirty villages they visit... And also how do you expect the people of a very remote far village from cities to behavioral e according speak English fluently and welcome you warmly yea India people will welcome you warmly be it any place even in the most remotest villages and far flung villages... Like I said most of the foreigners and youtubers who came to India and shows all these dirty unhygienic places are all those people who can't afford even just a day of life in the big metro cities of India and yuppie they don't paid tips too and because they feel shy to go to fancy bars and restaurants and not paying tips they tend to avoid it and go to the backwards or normal looking restaurants and bars and that too they'll first ask about the price instead of directly sitting coz they are scared it'll be out of their paycheck and will feel ashamed later on... That why most of the foreigners in India prefer the cheap and normal looking ones because they wanna look rich so they scare that it might be out of their paycheck and that the Indian might discriminate and look down on them and yes most of the foreigners who came here are just like us a bunch of normal middle class family who just want a cheap vacation and wanna looks rich there say for example especially those Americans and Europeans... They tends to acts rich even when they had nothing in their pocket and most of this foreigners are way worse in English than the normal India... It's like Indians needs them to teach English from kindergarten levels...... One more things Indonesia is way ways much much more poorer than India and India is still richer than all South East Asian nations combined... Take a look at Singapore who wanna acts rich and think themselves rich they're rich only because of foreign investment and due to their small scale of lands... It's even smaller than India smallest state out of the 29 states it got and India doesn'tenjoy the privilege of that much foreign investment like Singapore....and if anyone wanna compare next times they should compared Singapore with maharashtra state or Karnataka state or Tamil Nadu state and not with India as a whole coz it like comparing a lizard with a dinosaurs or a sparrow with an ostrich or a rabbit with an elephant or a flies with an eagle

Corruption still exists. China is classic when it comes to automation, maintaining culture and traditions with a sustainable modernization, and development (cities and villages) approach, they are well-balanced, and we should emulate and follow China, not the U.S.

I am not fascinated by Modern buildings in India. I am fascinated by those huge ancient temples which are thousands of years old. How the hell our ancestors made such temples structures? Take Bhojeshwar Temple for example. Some Russian researchers came to the temple to study it, they made a video explaining it, and in the comments, their Russian viewers couldn't believe that Indians could make such things. Comments said, ''These things were not made by Hindus but a previous ancient culture that no longer exists'' They couldn't believe we can make such things lol😂

And we know how strong US soft power is, so they started these negative remarks about India and Indians way back. 2. BBC is one of the largest news network of world, and they are British. So it's not hard to believe that they deliberately push a negative stereotype. 3. Slumdog Millionaire, no wonder how much recognition that movie gets, for millions of foreigners, it's the first movie they have watched about India. So it created a permanent stereotypical image in their head about India. 4. India being a Hindu majority country. It's not strange that many Islamic countries hate India just because it has a hindu majority. Also some hard core Christian countries who believes Hinduism is satanic. 5. India's non-alignment strategy. In majority of world events, India took a neutral stance, which makes many countries stand against India. 6. Unregulated Indian content on Internet. In 21st century, everything is available on internet. So when a foreigner opens internet and sees a cringe Indian Tik-Tok or Insta reel, or a video of unhygienic Indian street food, that'll be the first impression of India for them. And for some reason, the algorithm also pushes those videos repeatedly! 7. Indians themselves! Many Indians are still suffering from colonial hangover and thinks acting liberal and leftist is cool. They purposely speaks against India, it's culture, religion etc. in an international platform and makes us look bad!

I travel to most place. 90% of india looks like first video only few places even in metro cities looks modern. When I was in kerala in our village 99% of house is a villa. I say why foreigners show india like this. My brother who travelled to around 40 countries and stayed in many states in india he says india is not what you see around your house. Then i started travelling. Especially in north people living in worst conditions. Problem is most indians never travelled outside india. So getting a mall or flats is considered development. My brother says india needs atleast 80 years to be in the level of chinese infrastructure. One time u visit there u understand the scale of them.
